Isshinryu Karate
PAC offers classes in Isshinryu Karate, a traditional Okinawan martial art developed by Tatsuo Shimabuku in the mid-20th century. Isshinryu, meaning "one heart method," integrates elements from Shorin-ryū and Gojū-ryū karate styles, emphasizing natural stances, vertical punches, and quick, snapping kicks.
